Game Time

Fair minutes, one glance.

An iPhone app for volunteer youth soccer coaches. Plan and run practices, then run game day from one screen that tracks every kid's minutes so playing time comes out fair, all without an account and with no signal at the field.

Every kid gets their share

Minutes are counted against an equal share of each game a player actually attended, and whoever is owed next is marked in amber, so fairness is something you see, not something you tally on a clipboard.

The whole game on one screen

Field on the left, bench on the right, nothing to scroll. Drag a player across, tap a pair and sub at the whistle, or hold the mic and just say it.

Practice that's ready to run

A 28-activity library, gentle nudges when a skill hasn't had time lately, a big countdown for each block, and the plan shared as an image for parents or assistants.

Built for the touchline

Works with no signal. The clock survives the app being closed, and the score and period countdown sit on the Lock Screen while the phone is in your pocket.

A season that adds up

Record, scorers, form and each player's average minutes build up game by game, so the end-of-season question of who played how much already has an answer.

No account, no backend

Your roster lives on your phone and syncs through your own iCloud. There are no ads, no analytics and no server of ours in between.

Why it exists

A volunteer youth soccer coach really has two jobs: plan a practice worth running, and get through Saturday with every kid getting a fair turn on the field. The second one usually happens on a clipboard, a watch and a guess, in the cold at 8am, with twelve players asking when they're going in.

Game Time does the counting so the coach can watch the game. The whole roster sits on one screen, the clock keeps going even if the phone gets locked or the app gets closed, and an amber mark shows who's owed minutes next. It's a nudge, not a rule; the coach still decides.

Made for the touchline

It's built for a field with no signal and a coach with gloves on. There are no accounts and no server of ours: the team lives on the coach's phone and in their own iCloud. Big targets, one fixed bar under the thumb, and voice control you hold down to use, so a substitution takes a second, not a menu.
