What do I need to run Rally?

An iPhone on iOS 26 or later. Rally is an iPhone app for now.

How do I sign in?

With Apple, with Google, or with your email address: we send a one-time code, so there's no password to remember. Signing in is what backs up your family and keeps it in sync across devices.

How does my co-parent join?

On your iPhone, open Settings ▸ Members and invite them. They install Rally, tap I received an invite, and enter the code. You'll both see the same kids, missions, balances and store.

What's free, and what does Rally Plus add?

Every built-in mission, the family currency, the included rewards, and streaks, stats and badges are free, for both parents and any number of kids. Rally Plus adds your own missions and rewards, and drafting a mission by describing it out loud. One subscription covers the whole household.

How do I cancel or restore Rally Plus?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions on your iPhone. On a new phone, tap Restore on the Rally Plus screen. Everything you've created stays yours if you cancel.

How do I delete my account?

In Rally, open Settings, tap the Account row with your name, then Delete account. If a co-parent shares your family, they keep everything and you're simply removed. If you're the only parent, your family's data is deleted along with your account.
